As in, "Banana Bread is ok but I really like Strawberry Bread."
So I adapted the Banana Bread recipe and it was well received!

Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
16 0z bag frozen strawberries (thawed enough to mash with a fork)
2/3 cup melted butter

2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Pinch of salt
3 cups of flour
No need for a mixer.

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Mix butter into the mashed strawberries in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
5. Add the flour last, mix.
6. Pour mixture into a buttered 9x16 inch loaf pan.
7. Bake for up to 1 hour (my oven takes only about 40 minutes).
8. Slather butter on top while hot.
9. Cool on a rack.
10. Remove from pan (or not - mine didn't last long enough) and slice to serve.
